Q1: What is the Pesa @ 5 Rent Support initiative?
It is a special giveaway celebrating Pesa's 5th Anniversary. We are offering $1,000 CAD (or local currency equivalent) towards rent to 5 eligible Pesa customers to support their housing needs.
Q2: Is this a transaction-based promotion where I need to make extra transfers to win?
No. This initiative is a brand investment to support our community. While existing Pesa account activity is used as an eligibility baseline to reach genuine customers, making additional transfers is not required to access the support.
Q3: Who is eligible to apply for Rent Support?
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Reside in the UK, Canada, US, or any European country.
- Have been a Pesa customer for at least 6 months.
- Have completed at least 6 international transfers with Pesa.
- Have made at least one international transfer within the last 3 months.
- Hold an active Pesa account in good standing.
- Be able to provide reasonable proof of their current rent obligation.
- Pass Pesa's standard verification and fraud/safety checks.
Q4: How do I apply for Rent Support?
Applications are submitted directly through the form on the Pesa website. You will be asked to provide your full name, Pesa usertag, country of residence, contact details, an upload of your most recent rent bill/statement (or other reasonable proof of rent), and a 100–150 word statement explaining what $1,000/£1,000/€1,000 towards your rent would mean for you right now.
Q5: When do applications close?
Applications close on September 30, 2026.
Q6: How many winners will be selected?
There will be 5 winners selected in total.
Q7: How will the Rent Support prize be paid?
Pesa may pay the support directly to the winner or, where appropriate, directly toward the stated rent obligation.
Q8: Can I transfer my prize to someone else or exchange it for cash?
No. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash beyond the stated award.
Q9: What documentation is required before receiving the prize?
Winners may be required to provide reasonable proof of their current residential address and/or rent obligation, complete winner documentation, and sign a content consent and release form before being publicly announced or receiving the prize.
Q10: What happens if a selected winner cannot be verified?
Pesa reserves the right to select an alternative winner where a selected winner cannot be verified, is ineligible, or does not respond within the required timeframe.
Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
Applications open as part of the Pesa 5th Anniversary initiative and close at 23:59 on September 30, 2026. Pesa reserves the right to alter, pause, or end this campaign, or update these terms at any time. Selection and reward verification remain at Pesa’s sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
- No purchase or additional entry is required beyond meeting the stated eligibility criteria.
- Customers must meet all eligibility requirements at the time winners are selected.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over residing in the UK, Canada, US, or any European country.
- Customers must have an active Pesa account in good standing, have been a customer for at least 6 months, completed at least 6 international transfers, and made at least 1 international transfer within the last 3 months.
- Customers must pass Pesa's standard verification and fraud/safety checks.
3. Reward Mechanics & Qualifying Criteria
- A total of five (5) winners will receive $1,000 CAD (or local currency equivalent of £1,000/€1,000) towards their rent obligation.
- Only one rent support prize may be awarded per person.
- Winners will be selected from eligible Pesa customers who complete the application requirements or meet automatic entry pool requirements.
4. Reward Distribution
- Winners may be required to provide reasonable proof of their current residential address and/or rent obligation before the prize is awarded.
- Pesa may pay the support directly to the winner or, where appropriate, directly toward the stated rent obligation.
- The prize is non-transferable, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Verification & Winner Documentation
- Pesa reserves the right to verify account activity, identity, and current rent obligation before confirming a winner.
- Winners must complete any required verification and winner documentation, including signing a content consent and release form, before being publicly announced or receiving the prize.
- Pesa reserves the right to select an alternative winner where a selected winner cannot be verified, is ineligible, or does not respond within the required timeframe.
6. Consent
By submitting an application for the Pesa Rent Support, you grant Pesa permission to include you in marketing photography and agree to provide a testimonial quote if selected.
7. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Policy
- Pesa monitors account activity and submissions. Any attempt to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to manipulate/exploit the campaign rules, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
8. Changes & Discretion
Pesa reserves the right to alter, pause, or end this campaign, or update these terms at any time. Selection and reward verification remain at Pesa’s sole discretion.
