Q1: What is the "Send & Win – Ghana" campaign? 

It is a special 5-week (October 14 to November 18, 2026) promotional campaign for Pesa customers sending money to Ghana from the UK, US, Europe, or Canada. Every qualifying transfer you make to Ghana earns you an automatic entry into weekly draws to win exciting rewards, plus entry into our grand finale for a chance to win 100% cashback on your send.

Q2: Is this a prize draw? 

Yes. Four winners will be selected at random each week for four weeks, and one grand-prize winner will be selected at the end of the campaign.

Q3: Who can participate in this campaign? 

Any fully verified Pesa customer residing in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, or Canada whose account is active and in good standing.

Q4: What counts as a qualifying transfer? 

A transfer qualifies for an entry when you make a single transaction sending at least the minimum amount for your corridor to Ghana:

• UK → Ghana: £150 or more
• US → Ghana: $200 or more
• EU → Ghana: €200 or more
• Canada → Ghana: $200 CAD or more

Q5: Does sending to countries other than Ghana count? 

No. This campaign applies strictly to transfers sent to Ghana. Transfers to other destinations will not be entered into the draw.

Q6: Can I enter more than once? 

Yes! Every separate, completed transfer that meets or exceeds your corridor's minimum amount during the campaign earns you one entry into the draw. For example, making 3 qualifying transfers earns you 3 entries. The more qualifying transfers you make, the more chances you have to win.

Q7: Do I need to fill out a form or sign up to enter? 

No. Every qualifying transfer automatically registers as an entry; no extra forms or sign-ups are needed.

Q8: What are the weekly prizes? 

Four winners will be selected each week across four weeks (16 weekly winners total). Winners will receive rewards valued at $50/£50/€50/CAD $50 equivalent, such as Uber vouchers, shopping vouchers, or grocery boxes.

Q9: What is the Grand Prize? 

At the end of the 5-week campaign, one grand-prize winner will receive 100% cashback on a qualifying send ("Double Your Send"), subject to a campaign cap.

Q10: How and when will I know if I’ve won? 

Weekly winners are selected and notified every week, and the grand-prize winner will be selected and contacted during Week 5. Winners will be reached directly via email or phone call using the contact details linked to their Pesa account.

Q11: What happens if my transfer is canceled or refunded? 

Canceled, failed, or refunded transfers do not count as entries. The transfer must be successfully completed and delivered to your recipient in Ghana.

Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

This promotion ("Campaign") runs for five (5) weeks beginning at 00:01 local time on the launch date October 14 and ending at 23:59 local time on the campaign close date November 18 ("Campaign Window"). Pesa reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time with or without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• The Campaign is open exclusively to legal residents of the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, and Canada aged 18 years or older who hold a fully verified Pesa user account in good standing.
• Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Pesa and its affiliate agencies are ineligible to participate.

3. Reward Mechanics & Qualifying Criteria

To earn one (1) entry into the weekly prize draw and grand-prize draw, an eligible customer must make a "Qualifying Transfer" during the Campaign Window. A Qualifying Transfer occurs when a user successfully completes a single international money transfer to Ghana meeting or exceeding their corridor threshold:

• UK: Minimum £150.00
• US: Minimum $200.00
• EU: Minimum €200.00
• Canada: Minimum $200.00 CAD

4. Winner Selection & Prize Distribution

• Every Qualifying Transfer counts as one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple Qualifying Transfers result in multiple entries.
• Weekly Draws: Four (4) verified winners will be selected randomly each week during the first four (4) weeks of the campaign to receive a weekly prize ($50/£50/€50/CAD $50 equivalent voucher or grocery box).
• Grand Finale Draw: One (1) grand-prize winner will be selected randomly in Week 5 from all eligible entries to receive 100% cashback on a qualifying send, subject to the campaign cashback cap.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative promotional credit unless explicitly permitted by Pesa.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

• Corridor Limit: Qualifying Transfers must originate in the UK, US, EU, or Canada and be paid out to a valid recipient in Ghana. Transfers to any other destination do not qualify.
• Transaction Status: Only fully completed transfers delivered to recipients count. Canceled, failed, or refunded transactions are excluded.

6. Anti-Fraud & Fair Play Policy

• Pesa strictly prohibits fake accounts, automated transactions, and any attempt to manipulate the transfer process or abuse campaign mechanics.
• Pesa monitors IP addresses, device signatures, and payment sources. Any fraudulent activity or breach of rules will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and potential account suspension.

7. Changes & Discretion

Pesa reserves the right to alter, pause, or end this campaign, or update these terms at any time. Selection and reward verification remain at Pesa’s sole discretion.
