The campaign is open to eligible Pesa customers who:

• have an active Pesa account;
• meet all applicable Pesa verification and compliance requirements.

2. How to participate

To receive one entry into the campaign, an eligible customer must complete a qualifying international transfer of CAD 100 or more to Nigeria during the campaign period.

Each qualifying transfer counts as one entry.

Customers may make multiple qualifying transfers during the campaign period. Each qualifying transfer provides one additional entry.

For example:

• 1 qualifying transfer = 1 entry
• 2 qualifying transfers = 2 entries
• 5 qualifying transfers = 5 entries

There is no limit on the number of qualifying transfers or entries, subject to Pesa's applicable transaction limits and these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prize

One eligible winner will receive a $500 shopping e-voucher.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or transferred unless otherwise permitted by Pesa.

4. Qualifying transfers

A qualifying transfer must:

• be initiated through Pesa;
• be sent from Canada to Nigeria;
• have a transfer amount of at least CAD 100;
• be successfully completed during the campaign period; and
• comply with Pesa's applicable terms, conditions and transaction requirements.

Cancelled, reversed, refunded, failed or otherwise ineligible transactions will not count.

Transfers that Pesa determines were made primarily to manipulate or abuse the campaign may be disqualified.

UNITED KINGDOM (GBP)

5. Winner selection and notification

Winners will be selected using the campaign's approved random selection process.

Pesa may contact the selected winner using the contact information associated with their Pesa account.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period, or is determined to be ineligible, Pesa may select an alternate winner.

6. General conditions

Pesa reserves the right to verify eligibility and transactions before awarding the prize.

Pesa may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate the campaign.

Pesa reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Participation in the campaign does not guarantee a prize.
