It is a limited-time UK-to-Kenya referral campaign for Pesa customers running from August 21, 2026, to September 21, 2026. Refer 5 friends to Pesa and you can earn £100 in two £50 payments.
Q2: How do I qualify?
You must share your unique Pesa referral code with 5 people. Each person must sign up using your code and complete identity verification.
Q3: Is this a prize draw or a lottery?
No. There are no sweepstakes, draws, or random selections. Every eligible user who meets the milestone criteria is guaranteed their reward.
Q4: Who can participate in this campaign?
Active UK customers with fully verified accounts in good standing.
Q5: How do I earn the first £50?
Once all 5 referred friends have signed up using your referral code and completed identity verification, you'll receive £50 in your Pesa wallet.
Q6: How do I earn the additional £50?
Your 5 referred friends must each make a qualifying transfer of £50 or more to Kenya within 90 days of signing up. Once the requirements are met, you'll receive the additional £50.
Q7: Does each friend need to send £50 or more?
Yes. Each of the 5 referred friends must make a qualifying transfer of £50 or more to Kenya within 90 days of signing up.
Q8: Do I get the additional £50 at once?
No. When each person makes a successful qualifying transfer, you’ll get £10 per friend. A total of £50 for all 5 friends.
Q9: What counts as a qualifying transfer?
A qualifying transfer is an international transfer of £50 or more to Kenya made through Pesa.
Q10: Does sending to countries other than Kenya count?
No. This campaign strictly isolates and applies to the UK-to-Kenya route (UK-KES).
Q11: What if only 3 of my friends complete identity verification for Stage 1?
Stage 1 requires all 5 referred friends to complete verification to trigger the initial £50 reward. However, for Stage 2, you earn £10 per friend as each completes their qualifying £50+ transfer.
Q12: What if my friend signs up but doesn't verify their identity?
They must complete identity verification for their referral to count towards the offer.
Q13: What if my friend signs up but doesn't send money?
Their sign-up may qualify towards the first £50, but they must also make the qualifying £50+ transfer to Kenya within 90 days for the additional £50 to be earned.
Q14: Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
The £100 offer is limited to the first 5 qualifying referrals.
Q15: When will I receive the first £50?
The first £50 will be credited to your Pesa wallet within 7 days after the campaign ends, provided you have met the applicable requirements.
Q16: When will I receive the second £50?
The additional £50 will be credited after the qualifying transfer requirements have been met and verified by Pesa.
Q17: What if my friend signs up without using my referral code?
The referral may not be attributed to you, and the friend may not count towards your referral total.
Q18: What happens if my friend cancels or gets a refund on their transfer?
Cancelled, reversed or refunded transfers do not count as qualifying transfers.
Q19: Can existing Pesa users be referred?
No. The referral must result in a new Pesa customer who signs up using your unique referral code.
Q20: Can I receive the reward as cash?
No. The reward will be credited to your Pesa wallet.

Campaign Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
This promotion ("Campaign") runs from 00:01 GMT on August 21, 2026, through 23:59 GMT on September 21, 2026 ("Campaign Window"). Referred friends have up to 90 days from sign-up to complete their qualifying transfers for Stage 2 rewards. Pesa reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
- Customers in the United Kingdom only
3. How to qualify
To earn the full £100 reward:
- The customer must successfully refer 5 eligible new customers using their unique Pesa referral code.
- Each referred customer must:
- Sign up using the referral code;
- Complete Pesa's identity verification process; and
- Make a qualifying international transfer of £50 or more to Kenya within 90 days of signing up.
4. Rewards
- The first £50 will be awarded once the 5 referred customers have successfully signed up and completed identity verification.
- The additional £50 will be awarded once the applicable qualifying transfer requirements have been completed and verified.
- The maximum total reward available under this campaign is £100 per eligible referrer.
- Rewards will be credited to the eligible customer's Pesa wallet.
5. Qualifying transfers
- A qualifying transfer must be an international transfer of £50 or more to Kenya made through Pesa.
- Cancelled, reversed, failed or refunded transfers do not qualify.
- Transfers between Pesa users or other transactions that do not meet the qualifying criteria do not count.
6. Referral attribution
- Referred customers must use the referrer's unique referral code when signing up.
- Pesa cannot guarantee attribution where a referral code is not used correctly at registration.
7. Reward payment
- The first £50 will be credited within 7 days after the campaign ends, subject to verification of eligibility.
- The second £50 will be credited after the qualifying transfer requirement has been completed and verified.
- Pesa reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards where additional verification is required.
- The second £50 will be credited £10 for each friend
- When each referred customer makes the qualifying transfer, they will also receive £10.
8. Fraud and abuse
Pesa reserves the right to disqualify referrals or withhold rewards where it reasonably believes there has been:
- fraudulent activity;
- self-referral;
- creation of duplicate or fictitious accounts;
- misuse of referral codes;
- transactions created primarily to obtain the reward; or
- any other attempt to manipulate or abuse the campaign.
9. Changes and cancellation
Pesa reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the campaign where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving fraud, abuse, technical issues or regulatory requirements.
10. General
Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
