I funded my CAD wallet and it is not reflecting, what do I do?

It takes an average of 10-30 minutes for funds to appear in your wallet. Interac e-transfers have a maximum of 45 minutes processing time. If after this time funds haven’t reflected in your wallet, please contact our support team via live chat on your Pesa app or the Pesa website.
